In Wyoming, the annual report is $60 a year for an LLC or a corporation. That is money you could be saving by not filing it. That is money every year for the privilege of telling the state what it already knows. Let it ride a year. The state will write. The state always writes.
Water the horse, not the lawn
A lawn wants water every day and gives nothing back but the mowing. A horse at least carries you somewhere. Choose what you water accordingly.
